Corporate Services Overview

The Division Manager for Clinical Services is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating all clinical service activities within the institution to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered healthcare services. The position provides leadership to clinical departments, promotes adherence to professional standards, policies, and regulations, and supports continuous quality improvement initiatives. The Division Manager works closely with department heads, healthcare professionals, and hospital management to optimize clinical performance, improve patient outcomes, manage resources effectively, and ensure the achievement of the institution's strategic objectives
