Mr. Celestin HAKIZIMANA holds Master’s Degree in Public Health from Mount Kenya University and He Specialized in Epidemiology and Disease Control with Clinical Background. He has more than five years of experience in Health systems and he worked in different institutions with different roles especially regarding Quality Improvement, Clinical Education and Research with expertise in guiding development of quality improvement projects. As a Certified Rwandan Hospital Accreditation Surveyor, Celestin HAKIZIMANA supported different hospitals in aligning service quality with Rwanda Hospital Accreditation Standards. Celestin HAKIZIMANA Worked as a consultant Surveyor and Team Leader while conducting Accreditation Progress Assessments in Public and Private Health Facilities.
